First levels are more fun, last few levels where you have to gather parts of amulet are really tough, and generally it is expected that there is only one correct party setup. Which brings to issue, that you would have to grind previous levels multiple times to level multiple classes and try try try until you found the right setup.6/10.. Overall: fairly simple, plenty of fun choices and cool moments when your tactical use of skills pays off.In Dark Quest 2 you take a party of heroes through a series of dungeons, each made up of a series of rooms, and slaughter lots of nasty monsters in turn-based combat. There are a nice variety of encounters, twice as many heroes available as you can generally take into a dungeon so you can choose your party composition, and a bunch of items and potions to customise your heroes for different strategies. Each hero also has a selection of useful skills learned using a shared resource for additional choice. Shoutout to my Barbarian who failed his 80% courage test every single time. There were a few minor annoyances\/bugs, but nothing serious enough (on Normal difficulty anyway) to stop me recommending the game.. I love everything about this game but there just isnt much content? 7 hours and more than halfway done? im about 5 rooms short but i stopped since i felt like theres no point in going further.. It's rather straight and simple for what it is. If i could recommend a slight change needed then it would be during the dungeon crawl/walk through you have to do each character individually for movement through each room which can get quite tedious. The game play is not very complex. You can also farm the items needed to upgrade skills so it can either be challenging or easy depending on how you want to go about it.I would not recommend this for the full price though. It is a good game for when you just want something simple to do.. The game has some interesting ideas and doesn't suffer from numbers bloat, but... it's very buggy and get's repetive quickly. The game can be fun as a co-up quicky, but otherwise I'd recomend stearing away. P.S.: Man to Man.. I make that comparison in all the best ways especially in the way that, like Darkest Dungeon, this game might be in early access but is full of content, mostly bug free and already has solid gameplay mechanics that are fun and engaging. You control a party of heroes in a quest to defeat an evil sorcerer. To do this, you must do battle in a series of dungeons while managing your team in town between missions. It's very addicting and well worth the budget price tag. Pros- Great art style and music- Challenging but fair gameplay- Runs great and is easy on the walletCons- Settings and characters are really genericSuggestions- Would be great if the maximum movement restriction could be removed when rooms are free of enemies.
